Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

                I just bought a new air fryer and I have been experimenting with it. Pizza Rolls. About 20 rolls Place frozen pizza rolls in basket and cook 10 minutes to 12 minutes on 375°F. Flip them or shake basket after 8 minutes Serve Watch them carefully so they don't explode open.

Homemade Sour Cream

SOUR CREAM Ingredients      1. One Cup of heavy cream      2. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice or white vinegar      3. 1/4 Cup Whole Milk              DIRECTIONS 1.  Pour all 3 ingredients in mason jar and shake well. 5 minutes rigorously. 2 Remove lid and place paper towel on top secure with rubber band. 3.  Let sit on counter top 24 hrs. 4. Stir and replace with mason jar lid and refrigerate. Will be thinner than store bought because it's homemade with no additives.

Simone's Rotisserie Chicken Whole Rub Seasoning

Ingredients 1 Whole Chicken no bigger than 5 lbs. 3 TBSP. Light Brown Sugar 1 TBSP. Chili Powder (more or less it's up to you) 2 TBSP. Smoked Paprika or Regular Paprika 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder 1 Tsp. Onion Salt or Powder 1 Tsp. Black Peppe1 Tsp. Chopped Thyme Leaves 1 Bay leaf (optional) I put inside chicken while it's cooking! DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. 2.  Clean your chicken well .dry inside and out. 3.  Place bay leaf inside chicken. 4.  Rub all dry ingredients all over chicken well. 5.  Place 2 rolled up foil balls in bottom of crock pot. 6.  Place chicken breast side up in crock pot. 7. Cook on low anywhere from 3 hrs. To 6 hours. Till meat temperature is 165 degrees and juices run clear. 7.  If you want crispy skin place chicken in oven on broil for 5 to 10 minutes. Homemade Chicken for Chicken Tacos

Chicken Taco Filling!!! Ingredients!! 1 to 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts. 4 to 8 oz. of Zesty Italian Salad Dressing liquid in bottle. 1 pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Powder Mix Dressing. 1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder. 1/2 tablespoon Cumin. 1 Garlic clove or 1 tsp. Garlic Powder. 1 tablespoon sugar. Mix Ranch Powder Mix with 1/2 cup water and mix. Mix other ingredients in with this also. Put chicken breasts in Crock Pot and Pour all ingredients on top of chicken. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is nice and cooked.  Shred with forks!! Serve with hard or soft tacos, with lettuce, tomatoes etc... enjoy!

Homemade Chicken Egg Rolls

HOMEMADE CHICKEN EGG ROLLS SERVING SIZE:  12 ROLLS (DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 24 ROLLS) INGREDIENTS: 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded fine 1/2 cup diced onion 1 garlic glove minced 2 tablespoons oil for cooking 1- 16 oz. bag of coleslaw mix with carrots or without it's up to you! 6 oz. bean sprouts optional 4 oz. water chestnuts, diced 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade 1/4 cup soy sauce 12 egg roll wrappers 1.  Cook Chicken thoroughly and cool.  Shred Fine 2.  Cook Garlic and Onions in 1 Tablespoon of oil until onions are soft, not fried. 3.  Add chicken, coleslaw mix, bean sprouts, teryiaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, MIX WELL.  COVER AND STEAM FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES!! 4.  Stir in water chestnuts, drain liquid from this mixture. Put mixture back in pan add salt/pepper to taste.  Now your ready to start stuffing your rolls. 5.  Use about 1/4 cup of mix per egg roll wrapper.  Once stuffed, fry in 2 tbsp. oil or le...

Dr. Pepper Homemade BBQ Sauce

Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce Why buy BBQ Sauce when you can make your own?  Here is my take on this POPULAR recipe. What you need 1- 12 oz. can of Dr. Pepper Soda 2 cups of Ketchup 1 cup of brown sugar 1 TBSP worcestershire sauce 1 TSP chili powder 1 TSP garlic powder 1/4 TSP red pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 TSP cayenne pepper (optional) Add all ingredients into a sauce pan.  Mix completely.  Boil for a total of 5 minutes, stirring constantly, be careful not to burn it.  Take off burner and let cool.  Transfer into a heat safe container and refrigerate at least an hour to an hour and a half before using. Best if refrigerated over night! Stir before using, brush onto meat, fish, etc...before and during baking, grilling, broiling, etc.. ENJOY!!
